Due to continued growth, our Power Delivery group is currently seeking to hire a Scheduler to work out of our Tampa, FL location. The Scheduler will use their strong background in Primavera P6 to update, run and create overall detailed project schedules with our Project Managers Engineering team and Field Services team.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• DevelopdetailedschedulesforprojectswithintheOraclePrimaveraP6enterprisesoftware following a structured process and project controlsrequirements.
• Keepprojectmanagementadvisedofprojectprogress,performance,andresource utilization with particular attention to delays, adverse trends, errors, andomissions.
• Professionally interface with internal stakeholders including engineering, construction and field service professionals at various levels of theorganization.
• Analyze and forecast business needs for both demand and supplycapability.
• Analyze critical and near-critical paths to key projectobjectives.
• Analyze and determine critical skill gaps andoverlaps.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications/ skills:

• Bachelor’sdegreefromanaccrediteduniversityorcollege and 4 years’ experience OR associates degree with appropriate industry recognized licenses / certifications and 6 years of applicable experience.
• Minimumoffour(4)yearsofexperienceplanningand/orschedulingengineering or construction projectsusingOracle PrimaveraP6.
• Workingknowledgeofscheduling,projectcontrols,WorkBreakdownStructures,EarnedValue Management, cost accounts and resource utilizationcurves.
• Ability to plan, organize, budget, and monitor projectperformance.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communicationskills.
• High level of attention todetail.
• Experience with large, complex engineeringschedules.

• Ability to pass a pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screenings, ENERCON and client specific background checks, and annual motor vehicle record (MVR) according to company and client procedures
