Endicott College is Hiring an Engagement Coordinator Near Beverly, MA

Endicott College’s Student Engagement team is seeking an Engagement Coordinator to join thier dedicated staff. The Engagement Coordinator is responsible for daily operations of the Callahan Student Center, coordination of campus transportation services, and assists with Student Engagement programming and events. This position oversees the Callahan Center Information Booth, supervises student employees, manages space and equipment, and supports student clubs and organizations. The Engagement Coordinator also manages on and off-campus shuttles, supervises van drivers, and coordinates transportation for large-scale campus events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience
- At least two years of transportation experience preferred
- Strong desire to work in a college setting
- Demonstrate a commitment to professional ethics, character, and growth
- Expertise in training and supervision is desirable
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written and communication skills
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team atmosphere
- Intermediate understanding of Microsoft applications, Google Suite, Canva and various social media platforms
- Willingness and ability to occasionally work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends for large campus-wide events
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
