Responsibilities & Skills:Location:
San Jose, California
Position Duties:
Designs new digital hardware products and creates the circuitry that is necessary for the products to function. Specific duties include:
Develop micro-architecture spec and write RTL code for re-usable blocks of medium to large complexity
Integrate internal IP and 3rd party IP into a sub-system
Take ownership of existing design blocks and improve them as necessary
Use RTL coding style that is amenable for creating re-usable IP
Use front end implementation and analysis tools to assure the quality of the design
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Participate in silicon bring-up
Minimum Requirements:
MS in Electrical Engineering or related field
5 years of experience as design or electronics engineer
Prior experience to include:
Digital design
Verilog
Simulation
RTL compiler or other synthesis tool
Mixed Signal
Logic Design
DFT
EDA tools
Verification
PERL or other programming language
