Responsibilities:

Family Liaison

· Client intake and advocate for services provision (clinical, HQ, provider liaison)

· Be the primary point of contact between families, clinicians, schools/community, incoming providers, and Encore HQ

· Provide family support/customer service (i.e. schedule changes, programs offerings, etc.)

· Make BCBA resource assignments

· Serve as the point of contact for school service coordination and collaboration

· Ensure client and family satisfaction

Provider Liaison

· Manage the provider intake process

· Recruit, interview, and intake qualified Behavior Technicians

· Rate confirmation

· Establish and maintain/maximize provider preferences and availability

· Initiate and follow up on recruitment requests

· Ensure provider support/customer service

· Ensure provider satisfaction

Coordination

· Match providers to clients based on preferences, availability, and best fit

· Make Behavioral Technician resource assignments

· Ongoing support for Behavior Technicians, ensuring full utilization of authorized hours, accurate data entry, and data reporting

· Ensure accurate data entry and uploading of pertinent documents into Encore systems and databases

· Handling critical administrative duties; assisting in the improvement of the office processes, and policies

· Collaborating with branch leadership to uphold Encore’s positive work culture, consistently demonstrating the ability to be courteous, analytical, proactive, and organized

· Special projects as indicated

Required Skills

• HS diploma, GED, or equivalent, or above

Pay: $13.00 - $29.31 per hour
