About the role:

Enavate is hiring a Vice President, People and Culture to lead our global efforts to onboard, engage, develop and retain our leaders and team members as we scale and grow the company. Being a member of the Chief Experience Officer’s pod, you will lead People Operations, Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, and function as a key stakeholder in our Diversity & Inclusion plans and programs.

Additionally, you will utilize your expertise in Talent Strategy to help build organizational capabilities that help leaders to develop and retain their teams in a healthy and sustainable way, plus supporting team member engagement strategies, and retaining and scaling the cultural touchstones that make Enavate unique.

*The ideal candidate for this role is located in the Tampa Bay, FL area*

Key Responsibilities

Your day will consist of:

  • Operationalize empowerment at Enavate. Understand the empowerment culture at Enavate and work to bring that to life through programs focused on the total team member experience.
  • Partner with the Executive Team to develop a People & Culture strategy that supports business objectives and enables operational excellence.
  • Provide leadership to the teams focused on HR operations, compensation, performance management, and talent strategy and acquisition.
  • Lead our efforts around building, developing and launching Learning & Development programs for our team.
  • Evaluate and evolve diversity and inclusion strategies, programs, and practices in partnership with the leadership team.
  • Improve efficiencies in our team: Evaluate current processes, systems and tools for effectiveness and efficiency; implement or enhance as needed.
  • Partner with Marketing to evolve our employment brand and ensure it reflects Enavate’s core values and culture.

Qualifications

Here is what it takes to be successful in the role:

  • 10 years of experience in global organizations with focus on people operations, organizational development or HR business partnership, with experience in high-growth private companies – ideally between $100M-$200M businesses.
  • Extensive people management experience; demonstrated ability to coach, empower, and develop talent and lead efforts cross-functionally and throughout the business.
  • Experience helping teams and organizations grow and evolve; Ability to share meaningful examples of high-impact org design, org strategy, and guiding org capabilities, at scale.
  • Experience using metrics and analytics to guide program design and strategic decision-making and guidance.
  • Experience with building and leading highly effective people strategies, preferably within a growing workforce.
