We are seeking an enthusiastic, skilled, and inspiring exercise specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating evidence-based exercise and fitness plans for a wide range of clients while educating them on becoming confident with physical activity. You must have a positive attitude, highly motivated personality, and the ability to encourage clients to reach their fitness goals. We're looking for a team player who can build onto our growing fitness program to motivate patients to exercise and be excited about their relationship with you and Enara.

You must reside in the state of Minnesota for this role

Exercise Specialist Duties and Responsibilities:

• Evaluate client fitness level and skillset to plan reachable goals

• Educate and demonstrate to clients exercise and injury prevention

• Create a training plan tailored to client needs

• Chart and track client progress

• Motivate and encourage client through positive words via app.

• Adjust client personalized plans as goals are reached

• Educate clients on evidence based exercise programming.

• Adaptable to a wide range of clients of all ages based on their fitness capabilities
• Willingness to work cooperatively with the Dietetics department on patient fitness plans

Exercise Specialist Requirements and Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent

• Professional fitness certification required (NASM, ACE, CSCS or equivalent) or degree in field (Exercise Physiology, Sports Science, etc)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Able to work early mornings, nights, and/or weekends with flexibility offered

• Positive attitude, encouraging, and patient with clients when instructing

• Able to build trusting relationships with clients

• Able to work with clients who may need specialized attention due to previous injuries or health problems
• Must reside in the state of Minnesota

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $75,000.00 per year
