Job Duties

• Receive incoming materials and compares information on work order to verify accuracy
• Perform quality checks of product in accordance with procedure
• Manage the receipt of product from delivery to storage; record all receipts, and input product data into the warehouse management system
• Confirm product quality/quantity immediately after receiving processes have been completed
• Clearly communicate all receiving issues to the Inventory Lead
• Collaborate with Quality Control to ensure the incoming product and/or product on hand meets or exceeds the recipe's quality specifications
• Transfer product to appropriate locations after receiving process is completed
• Inspect shipments for damages or defects; records discrepancies or damages and notifies supervisor
• Ensure correct boxes are used, as per customer specifications
• Trace lost shipments and/or customer claims of lost shipments; initiate proof of delivery documents
• Operate dolly, pallet jack, and other heavy equipment with appropriate training as needed
• Follow established departmental policies, procedures, and objectives, continuous quality improvement objectives, and safety standards
• Complete daily/weekly tasks as assigned, scheduled; and all forms are completed fully and properly
• Ensure product matches documentation
• Perform miscellaneous logistics related duties as assigned
• Complete OSHA 10 training and adhere to rules and regulations
• Comply with all Company policies and procedures as set forth in an Employee Handbook or otherwise published by Company from time to time
• Comply with the terms of the Employee Confidentiality, Non-Compete, And Invention Assignment Agreement executed by Employee

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Drivers License with clean driving record
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs consistently with potential for heavier weight at times
• Ability to perform physical activities that require considerable use of arms, legs, and moving your whole body such as lifting, walking, stooping, pushing, pulling, and handling various materials
• Ability to work in an uncomfortable environment that will be hot or cold with exposure to the elements

• Good communication skills
• Good customer service skills
