Description

We are a growing Cash Logistics company based out of Englewood, CO. We are looking for enthusiastic, responsible, and reliable individuals to join our team. Responsibilities and Duties include, but not limited to: 

  • Acts in a manner that portrays Empyreal's vision, values, and WOW culture; establishes respect for everyone, fosters an environment that builds and sustains productive relationships; addresses conflict respectively and constructively; and works in partnership within and across workgroups.
  • Serve as the initial point person for all incoming clients, vendors, candidates, and visitors. Determine the purpose of each person’s visit. Maintain visitor’s log for visitor arrivals and departures and ensure applicable visitors’ forms are completed. Announce and direct visitors, offer refreshments, and open doors as needed.
  • Receive and sort incoming mail and packages. Notify recipients of packages and important mail/documents. Prepare outgoing mail and packages and make pick-up arrangements. Assist with mass mailings.
  •  Kept reception area, and other assigned areas clean and organized. 
  • Perform basic upkeep of office equipment. Replace paper, toner, and other supplies. Arrange for servicing and maintenance of office equipment.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support services to various departments. 
  • Enter information into the company database system and update as required.
  • Schedule meetings for managers, prepare handouts, ensure meeting rooms are in ready condition, and order lunch as needed.
  • Maintains communications with management. Reports delays, customer service issues, incidents, unusual circumstances, and other essential information in a timely manner.
  • Perform basic filing and recordkeeping.
  • Maintain adequate levels of office and kitchen supplies. Place orders as needed.
  • Schedule the pick-up and cleaning of returned uniforms. Return to storage area.
  • Maintain company files and database system information and records.
  • Request additional work during down times. 
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma is required. Some college is preferred with a focus on office administration, office technology or secretarial science.
  • Notary public designation is a plus.
  • Two or more years of related office experience is essential.
  • Pro-active individual who pays attention to details and has solid organizational skills is critical.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills along with exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills are required.
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required. 
  • Ability to type at least 45 words per minute.
  • Must project an image of poise, positivity, and professionalism.
  • Ability to work extended hours as requested.
  • Trustworthiness, integrity, and the ability to maintain confidentiality is of utmost important.
  • Physical abilities. If any items for lifting purposes are more than 30 lbs., seek support for lifting from a team member.

Pay and Benefits 

Our drivers enjoy multiple pay rates ranging from $18 - $22 hourly depending upon the type of driving they are doing whether designated as local routes, long-distance routes, or interbranch routes as specified by management. Full-time employees also enjoy a great choice of benefits including vacation, holidays, personal days, sick days, 4 medical plans, 2 dental plans, vision, life insurance, short term disability, 401K, and more! 

 Candidates must be willing to undergo and pass a comprehensive background check, MVR, and drug testing. EOE/M/F/V.
