We're in search for a Flexographic Press Operator for a labeling company located in North Hills, CA. The flexo press operator is responsible for the manufacturing of printed labels while continuously monitoring label quality and press conditions

• Set up, adjust, maintain and operate a Mark Andy 7" flexographic press to print high quality labels.
• Installs anilox rollers, plates, inks and dies into proper stations, making necessary adjustments to maintain quality of production.
• Cleans plate, cylinder, and ink pans, and lubricates press as needed.
• Coordinate with the appropriate departments and/or personnel to obtain or convey all required information, documentation, art work, or other necessary materials to proceed with the order.
• Expedite orders through the production process as required to meet shipping dates, unexpected rushes, etc.
• Notifies Supervisor of needed repairs and replacement parts.
• Additional duties include maintaining a clean and safe work environment and daily housekeeping assignments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
