Job Description
Job Title: Network/IT Administrator
Department: Information Technology
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Broad variety of operational administration duties associated with systems and network infrastructure.
Lead the maintenance and management of networking technologies
Lead the deployment of software updates to networking equipment
Setup accounts for networking equipment
Identify and setup user trainings and IT policies
Identify and support cybersecurity policies and initiatives.
Monitor network performance and maintain network equipment according to requirements
Troubleshoot user network connectivity issues and outages
Help establish remote-working networked IT solutions
Help design, upgrade, and maintain wired and wireless network
Coordinate IT tickets and issue resolution with other IT resources as required
Lead the development of processes and procedures
Track Network KPI’s
Creation and updating of Standard Operating Procedures and network/IT documentation
Assist with user training
Support company AS9100 certification
Maintain and support NIST 800-171 and CMMC certification and compliance
Essential Qualifications
Education or Equivalent:
College Degree in an Information technology related field such as Computer information Systems or Computer Science
Computer networks training
Experience:
Enterprise network admin experience including installation and troubleshooting of Cisco or Meraki wired and wireless networking technologies
Writing documentation of Best Practices
Necessary Skills, Knowledge & Judgment:

Excellent writing skills
Excellent computer skills including proficiency in MS Office Word and Excel software
Must possess solid organizational skills
Basic math skills
must provide proof of eligibility to work in the US
Detail oriented
Disciplined execution of processes and systems
Language Skills:
Must have good oral and written communication skills. Must be able to communicate effectively with co-workers.
Reasoning Ability:
Proven ability to analyze and solve problems. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
Physical Demands:
Lift and handle computing hardware up to 30 pounds.
Work Environment:
Work will be conducted in an office and manufacturing environment.
Salary Range: $90k-$120k Annually
