Title: Talent Acquisition Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee, lead, coach and train corporate recruiters on best practices and sourcing techniques.
• Assist TA Director in supporting and developing new processes; advocating for and education team members on any new processes/procedures.
• Maintain all job boards (posting, pausing, updating, and closing).
• Evaluate, improve upon, and oversee our use of our Applicant Tracking System (Taleo).
• Assist with pulling/sending recruiting reports and metrics.
• Ability to source/recruit when needed, may carry a small requisition load.
• Collaborate with Sales/installation TA team to ensure the newly implemented processes are running smoothly.

Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree strongly preferred.
• Min. 10 years of TA experience, including min. 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role managing a relatively larger team.
• Agency experience strongly preferred.
• Ability and willingness to source passive candidates.
• Solid coaching/training experience required.
• Process improvement experience required.
• Strong technical proficiency with ATS (Taleo preferred) and job boards such as LinkedIn, really, etc.
• Ability to build relationships and communicate at all levels.
