We’re hiring a Maintenance Supervisor at our Dellrose Community in Hockley, TX

Working closely with the Property Management Team, our Maintenance Supervisor is the subject matter expert on repairs, maintenance, and turnovers on our unique multi-family property. Your main goal is to ensure the asset is maintained in a cost-effective manger and residents in our community are satisfied with the condition of their home and community.

What you will be doing:

• Review and assign incoming work orders, delegate repairs, and track the process to completion while ensuring all work is performed within budget, completed satisfactorily, and documented
• Manage turnover process after a resident vacates a home
• Active participation in resident satisfaction, assisting team in resolving escalated resident concerns, and ensure high standards of communication with appropriate levels of service and response
• Establish and continuously track warranty contracts and use warranties for repairs/replacement throughout term of warranty

What you’ll bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3 years of general maintenance or related experience in single detached and/or multi-family residential communities and at least 1 year experience in supervisory or management level role
• EPA Certification, Type I and II, HVAC Certification, or other related certificates
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
