- Actasateamleader/mentortoallmembersoftherehabteam.
- Ensure properidentificationofpatients’payorsource.
- Ensureappropriateauthorizationforpatientswithvariouspayorsources.
- EnsureproperHCPCScodesutilization
- Serveasaliaisonbetweentherehabdepartmentandtheregionalmanager
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited university with an MS, MA, BS, BA or Associates degree in Physical, Occupational orSpeech Therapy.
- Holdscurrentlicenseand/orregistrationinthestate(asapplicable)
Physical Demands:
Employee should be able to transfer patients, lift weights, transport patients and perform treatment on the mat. Employee should beknowledgeableinand exercise goodbody mechanicsduringpatient treatment.
