Job Description
- Calculating transactions while also reviewing accurate financial records and files of said transactions
- High level computer literacy
- Responsible for providing amicable, courteous, personable, and professional customer service
- Answer multi-lined telephone inquiries regarding availability, pricing, and order inquiries
- Review customer accounts, reconcile account statements, perform collection calls and other accounting work using our proprietary software
- Must be able multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
