Member Services Representative- $1050 Gross/Week

Duration: 40 Hours Per Week- 4*12 Hours/ 5*8 Hours

· Weekly Gross: $1050

Pay Breakdown:

· Weekly non-taxable stipend: $450

· Weekly taxable: $600

· Hourly (blended): $25

· OT Hourly: $22.5

Job Title: Member Services Representative at Renton

The campus is located at new campus in Renton and a great opportunity to work with a close-knit team of experienced Member Service Representatives. Our Member Services team fields calls from patients to answer questions about their statements and bills.

Responsibilities include:

• Answering phone calls (averaging about 60 per day)
• Communicating with patients regarding follow up on claims status, eligibility, benefits, etc.
• Provide outstanding customer service

Qualifications:

• Strong verbal communication skills
• Previous experience working in a call center environment
• Experience working in healthcare preferred
• Must pass a background check and drug screen

Must Haves:

• call center experience
• healthcare experience
• medical insurance verification experience

The opening is a M - F, week day schedule, 40 hours a week!
