Job Description:
Responsibilities include:
- Answering phone calls (averaging about 60 per day)
- Communicating with patients regarding follow up on claims status, eligibility, benefits, etc.
- Provide outstanding customer service
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Previous experience working in a call center environment
- Experience working in healthcare preferred
- Must pass a background check and drug screen
Must Haves:

Salary: Up to $23.00 per hour
