About The Opportunity

Emergency Childcare Services is seeking a tenacious and experienced Recruiter to join its team and attract qualified candidates to join its network of top-notch childcare professionals. This role is an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in an independent work environment and enjoy networking and connecting with others.

As a Recruiter, you’ll utilize a variety of digital and conventional recruitment strategies to identify, attract, and acquire skilled and passionate childcare experts and will coordinate in-person job fair events and utilize social media recruitment techniques to elevate brand awareness and connect with like-minded individuals interested in working within the childcare industry.

This position is three days in the office and two days working from home.

Schedule:

• Full-time
• Monday through Friday
• 9AM-6PM or 10AM-7PM (EST) (Schedule is flexible though)

Requirements:

• Minimum of three (5) years of relevant recruitment experience
• Be able to recruit 30-40 Candidates per month consistently, sometimes a lower amount.
