JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for reviewing and troubleshooting sales orders, vendor reports and reconciling various reports related to order processing and billing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring orders are processed accurately within billing system.

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

• Generate bills and invoices specific to customer accounts
• Deliver invoices to clients via digital and traditional mail services
• Address and solve client questions and issues by phone and e-mail
• Work with accounting team to ensure timely and accurate invoicing
• Review spreadsheets and analyze data from vendors, including troubleshooting
• Receive and sort incoming documents from drivers/route managers.
• Keep a record of client accounts with updated charges to the account.
• Provide regular, accurate reports of billing data
• Support collections team
• Assist customers on invoice, statement and receipts questions
• Other duties as assigned by manager

Billing Specialist requirements and qualifications

• Prior experience (2 years) as a Billing Specialist (preferred).
• Bachelors or equivalent work experience
• Ability to solve problems quickly.
• Incredible attention to detail
• Understanding of accounting software, Great Plains (preferred)
• Ability to be productive without oversight
• Good time-management skills
• Robust written and communication skill set

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
