Emerald City Chimney, Inc. is a premier masonry and chimney sweep company serving the greater King County area for over 30 years, located in Kirkland, WA. We have an immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant to join our busy, growing company!
Our Administrative Assistant is responsible for day-to-day administrative support of the company, ranging from answering phones, scheduling customer appointments, recording payments, following up on emails, performing clerical duties to maintaining basic housekeeping.
Core Experience & Qualifications Required:
· Minimum 2 years experience with Microsoft Office products
· Minimum 2 years experience working in an office environment
· Minimum 2 years customer service experience
· Minimum 1 year accounting experience
· Detail oriented, self-managing, calm under pressure and a quick learner
· Must work well with multiple bosses
· Clear and gracious communicator
The ideal candidate must be reliable/punctual and professional. This is a full-time job, Monday – Friday. This is not a work from home position.
The ideal candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft suite software including Excel, Word and Outlook. You should be able to prioritize tasks and have things completed on schedule. A helpful, team-oriented attitude is critical to the success of this role.
