Essential Functions: Programs within multiple complex inter-related systems using C#, ASP.NET, Bootstrap, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, and XML. Designs, writes, validates, and modifies code and scripts to support internal/external websites in partnership with the system analyst and architect. Designs SQL Server database tables to maintain database integrity. Leads the process of conceptualizing and development of new programs and web applications. Produces logical diagrams that outline current and future state. Reviews production data and reports to ensure data quality and integrity. Troubleshoots production-related issues. Develops and executes effective testing plans at the program and system level. Creates and maintains documentation related to assigned web applications, programs, and other systems in accordance with departmental and team standards, including disaster recovery and data center instructions. Creates and maintains design and architecture documentation. On-call support as needed. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Computer Information Systems, Information Science and Technology Engineering, or related field plus 8 years of experience. Employer will accept as a foreign equivalent a 3-year Bachelor’s Degree followed by a 3-year Master’s Degree. 8 years of experience to include: ASP.NET and MVC frameworks; C# or C#.NET; jQuery, JavaScript, Angular, Angular JS or TypeScript; SQL Server; WCF Web Services; Visual Studio TFS; Agile; TDD; and Entity Framework or Entity Framework Core. 6 years of experience with Bootstrap.
