Overview:

The Email Marketing Specialist is responsible for consumer email marketing campaigns. Direct responsibilities include email template design, A/B testing, email reporting, managing email sends, and performing regular maintenance of email lists and segmentations. In addition to these responsibilities, this role requires a high level of attention to detail and coordination with various internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist in building marketing and policyholder emails
• Generate reporting related to email sends and audience lists for marketing leadership
• Develop A/B tests for subject lines, templates, images, CTAs, and email journeys
• Work with content resources to develop content for new and existing email layouts
• Assist in the management of Embrace’s email calendar
• Perform regular maintenance in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Execute special projects for email marketing and marketing automation initiatives

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in marketing or related field
• Experience with email marketing platforms, preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field required
• Experience building emails, with a high level of expertise in HTML and other email markup
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
