Job Summary:

• Works with patients, who have received a remediated device via Project UNO, via a dedicated phone line: talking them through set-up of the device; questions pertaining to use/function of the device; troubleshooting issues/problems; and any other phone work with patients necessary to the needs of the business.
• Candidate will also be responsible for setting devices, via Project UNO, in the Mt. Pleasant warehouse on occasion.
• Must hold a current PA Respiratory License (with CRT or RRT credentials).

*Murrysville, PA is the primary location, with Mount Pleasant being secondary. 
*When working in Mount Pleasant setting devices it is daylight shift. Options of 730 to 330 or 8 to 4.
