Seeking a Software Engineer for our growing SaaS!

Because of this exciting expansion, we are seeking a Senior Software Engineer/Tech Lead to help keep up with our hyper-growth!

>> What We're Looking For: 

As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you will be responsible for building, testing, debugging/troubleshooting, and maintaining code for our SaaS applications. You have an excellent ability to multi-task across projects and adapt to different areas of the code. You will analyze technology and resource needs for identified projects. 

Some personal and professional traits required for the position include behaving ethically, communicating effectively, creativity/innovation, teamwork, decision making, organization skills, planning, problem-solving, and being hands-on within your role. 

>> Your Responsibilities:

• Work with team leads, product managers, designers, and other engineers to scope work appropriately for execution
• Assists teams with estimation and prioritization of development efforts.
• Analyzing, understanding, and advocating product development requirements
• Actively engages with cross-functional team members to develop and maintain various features and services following an Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Participate in regular code reviews with team members for all features
• Ensure SOC II, and best practices are implemented and are followed
• Assist in the hiring of new staff by participating in technical interviews

>> Your Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Bachelor of Science degree or Associates Degree with relevant experience. 
• 3 years of hands-on technical expertise delivering large complex features all the way through from technical design to launch with no guidance.
• Must have a broad and deep technical understanding of the technologies in this field, including but not limited to: 
  • Web development like golang, React, PHP, HTML, CSS, and Javascript
  • Database experience with SQL, triggers, and stored procedures 
  • Solid experience with video and voice communications with WebRTC

• Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment with Tech Leads, team members, Product Manager, and architectural committee and offshore teams
