Elmark Sign Company is Hiring a Bookkeeper/Office Manager Near West Chester, PA

Founded in 1983, Elmark Sign Company is a leading sign manufacturing company, located in West Chester, PA. We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Bookkeeper/Office Manager to oversee all administrative functions of our West Chester office. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Quickbooks, managing office processes, and handling a variety of tasks with a high level of efficiency and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle office financials, including A/P, A/R, expense tracking, and payroll
  • Record daily transactions and reconcile accounts
  • Prepare and file sales tax returns
  • Prepare financial statements and reports
  • Manage office operations, procedures and policies to ensure efficiency and productivity
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including email and phone calls
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment and furnishings
  • Develop and implement systems to improve office procedures and workflow
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment for staff and clients

Requirements:

  • 3 Years of experience using Quickbooks and Microsoft Office
  • 3 years of bookkeeping experience
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (preferred)
