• Develops assembly and test procedures, process maps, and work instructions to improve quality and efficiency on the production floor.
• Identifies needs for developing test fixtures for I/O cabling.
• Works closely with Sr Engineer - Cabling and I/O cable engineer
• Communicates within Manufacturing departments and test/ apps engineers on various orders that are processed in Systems assembly
• Trains others using written work instructions for manufacturing & Test processes.
• Provides failure analysis of systems & PCB boards.
• Assumes leadership responsibility for projects and drive actions to improve processes
• Prepares manufacturing & general data analysis.
• Offers and communicates your ideas with other departments.
• Demonstrates experience in leading continuous improvements in production processes using ISO Quality Management principles and methodologies.
• Involved in root cause analysis and corrective actions as it relates to process defects
• Other duties as assigned

• Uses professional concepts and company policies and procedures to solve a wide range of difficult problems in imaginative and practical ways
• Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors
• Exercises judgment within generally defined practices in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
• Experience in ERP, e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel (formula and functions), Power Point and Word
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 6-8 years of experience in a similar position preferred or 8-10 years of experience as a manufacturing engineer in a directly related product line/ industry
