Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Opening/ Closing

Cleaning Food Area’s

Stocking Stations

Prepping Food

Preparing food

Restock and replenish inventory items as needed

Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience

Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude

Ordering and keeping inventory of all food

Comply with all food and beverage regulations within the state of Michigan

Deal with complaints or problems with a positive and apologetic attitude

Collaborate and communicate with the bar staff

Minimum Requirements:

Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures

Strategic thinker, goal-oriented, results & process-driven

Personally will set the standard and tone for excellence with a refusal to compromise it

Ability to handle difficult situations with maturity and wisdom

Reliable transportation to and from work

Cell phone for communication

Ability to read and communicate effectively using the English language

Must successfully pass a background check

Fast-paced, physically and emotionally demanding

Physical Demands:

Ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, sitting, climbing ladders, lifting and other activities necessary to perform daily job tasks

Wage Agreement & Benefits:

$18-22 per hour based on experience and responsibility levels
