- Evaluating mental health diagnoses and implementing a treatment plans.
- Maintaining updated documentation using company platforms and EHR.
- A minimum of 25 client sessions per week to a diverse population of clients.
- Use of creative and innovative approaches to mental health treatment.
- Excellent customer service for clients and collaborating with a dynamic team to ensure effective and quality care.
- Utilizing your preferred clinical techniques to assist clients achieve and exceed goals.
- Care coordination for assigned clients to ensure continuity of care.
- Participation in clinical staff meetings, trainings, supervision, and community outreach.
- Community involvement and engagement.
- Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university.
- Must have one of the following licensed mental health professional credentials in the state of Maryland: LCSW-C, LMSW, LCPC, LGPC, LCMFT, LMFT, PsyD, PhD.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- General knowledge of Apple products, EHR, Telehealth, and other software platforms.
- This position will be under the general direction of the Clinical Director.
- Individual and Group Clinical Supervision provided to support preparation for full licensure.
