Purpose of Position:
This is a salaried, exempt staff SLP position. Purpose of this position is to provide evaluation, individual treatment to assigned residents. Complete all necessary documentation to (evaluations, progress notes, discharge summaries, adaptive equipment justification letters, etc) attend and report at all care plan meetings. Provide clinical supervision to SLP students. Consult with other disciplines and family as necessary.

Masters Degree – Speech Language Pathology
NYS SLP License
NY Teacher of Speech and Hearing Certification
ASHA certification preferred
Experience:
2 years of experience with 1 year of pediatric experience
Knowledge of normal vs. abnormal language development
Knowledge of developmental disabilities and feeding
