We are looking for a skilled and knowledgeable Budtender to join our team at our Claremore dispensary. The ideal candidate should have a passion for the cannabis industry and a strong desire to educate and assist customers with their purchases. The Budtender will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized dispensary, and ensuring compliance with state regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the dispensary
- Educate customers on the various strains, products, and consumption methods
- Provide recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system
- Maintain an organized and clean dispensary environment
- Ensure compliance with state regulations
- Perform opening and closing duties as needed
- Stay up-to-date on cannabis industry trends and products
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling and inventory management
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Must be able to pass a background check
