Job Summary:

As the Director of Marketing, you will tell the Elite Story. Work alongside CHRO in driving all aspects of marketing (strategy, communications, customer experience, brand management, content creation.). Leading the exceptional Elite marketing team capable of driving a new level of visibility and awareness for Elite’s mission and culture. Leverage awareness to help define and shape Elite’s market strategy and expand the employee and customer experience.

Key Execution Activities:

Leadership, Strategy, Communications, Brand Management, Digital Marketing, Distribution Marketing Execution, Customer & Employee Experience, and Marketing Operations.

  • Oversee the strategic development, direction, and implementation of Elite’s marketing initiatives
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals to strategize and execute to drive revenue and enhance our internal and external customer experience.
  • Promote and communicate the Elite brand, products, and value proposition.
  • Lead and execute a strategic marketing and communications plan.
  • Manage production of video and photography assets for promotions, campaigns, and social platforms to align with brand message and content consistency.
  • Identify new opportunities for public relations, education and awareness, and industry-related events in the markets we serve.
  • Collaborate with CHRO & COO to research/develop/implement CRM. Create effective communication and data tracking through a CRM platform and drip campaign software.
  • Continue building the brand to drive awareness and public trust to maintain our status as the leader in our industry.
  • Conduct market research to inform campaigns.
  • Research advertising trends.
  • Scale campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Create and present the annual marketing plan and strategy to the Executive team. Collaborating with the CHRO to establish marketing vision and strategy and ensure that all marketing long-range goals, strategies, plans, and policies are in alignment.
  • Partner closely with sales to provide and gather insights on customer requirements and to develop messaging surrounding the roofing distribution market.
  • Lead, develop, execute, and manage the overall marketing roadmap, vision, plan, and strategies to drive results – measured through increased brand awareness, customer acquisition, growth, and monetization.
  • Collaborate with RVPs/MPs to plan promotional and advertising campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or another applicable area, or comparable training and experience; Construction or supply distribution industries experience preferably.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and systems such as Adobe Creative, CRM, WordPress, and Microsoft Office applications;
  • Some travel may be expected.
