We are actively looking to expand our marketing and sales team, our ideal candidate is someone entrepreneurial, creative, and analytical to help and join our growing sales and marketing team. We are interested in someone with experience managing retail campaigns and has a strong understanding of best practices for retail marketing and the sales process. In this role, you will be expected to perform a range of tasks in-store that will help achieve our sales, customer service, and operational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Establish strong customer service skills by always providing a high level of service to customers and clients.
• Ability to analyze client needs and exposures during the sales process on new/renewal business and cross-selling opportunities.
• Consult with team members and management in all facets of the company's business.
• Follow instructions, plans, and policies for tasks assigned by supervisors.
• Exhibit strong attention to detail.
• Continue learning – enroll in recommended webinars, read articles, etc.
• Demonstrate an eagerness to be a team player and assist in other functions as assigned by managers and leaders.
• Proactively communicate with Management on a regular basis to ensure that customer expectations concerning product availability, accuracy, and delivery timelines are realistic and being met.
• Provide information about new promotions/devices/accessories.
• Assist customers with billing, technical support, or account issues.

• Ability to successfully adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as maintain strict confidentiality.
