Our not-for-profit client is looking for a Lead Product Manager to join their team.

Requirements of the Lead Product Manager:

• Experience working with attorneys as a customer
• Experience analyzing legal processes and familiar with the various types of legal documentation
• Experience leading design for legal case management systems and building KPIs/reports
• Has used specific frameworks to complete discovery and scoping
• Familiarity with and have used Design Thinking techniques and practices to oversee discovery and scoping
• Experience interviewing internal stakeholders to understand needs, designing and leading workshops to align on strategy and/or current state analysis and/or ideation
• Experience working with COTS/SaaS products and vendors
• Excellent at managing scope and can clearly define an MVP that ties into clearly defined success metrics
• Data centric decision maker who will define hypothesis and find creative ways to validate needs using data
• Experience with reporting and tracking of work and defining new KPIs and success metrics
• Excellent technical writing ability and has experience writing/developing business cases
• Proficient at executing the PO function
