Summary:

The Salesforce & Operations Analyst is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing initiatives related to pipeline management, opportunity management, and sales. This role is responsible for running an array of forecasting and sales territory reports, making sure the pipeline is up to date, and making any changes to ensure accuracy. Additionally, this role will be responsible for managing and improving EFG’s Salesforce and Lead Management process and adjoining systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Build, maintain and monitor reports using query tools to support and inform key stakeholders within the organization
  • Identify and manage lead and pipeline KPIs, developing reports/dashboards, drawing and delivering key metrics & insights to broader teams with actionable recommendations
  • Independently spearheading data management, customer reporting, and problem resolution through the use of dashboards and other daily, weekly, monthly reporting
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to develop growth objectives
  • Owning the end-to-end process of tracking and analyzing the sales funnel from lead to
    customer and delivering regular insights to the business
  • Ensure data integrity with the appropriate level of automation, data validation and user
    training
  • Serve as primary system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment with 24 users
  • Ensure the overall health and effectiveness of pipeline data in Salesforce, while continuing to develop new ways to further adoption within the organization.
  • Complete ad hoc reports to provide data to inform data drive decisions and opportunities for improvement.
  • Completes other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business, Supply Chain disciplines or other quantitative disciplines
  • 1-3 years of operational experience, with at least 1 year in an analytical or operations capacity.
  • Comfort with tools that create and house our data:
    • Salesforce: complex dashboards & reports, custom report types, calculated fields, workflows.
    • PowerBI or other analysis / business intelligence software.
    • Hubspot and other marketing automation tools and processes
  • Exceptional quantitative and MS Excel skills (sumifs, index/match and vlookup, table formulas).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Healthy skepticism and curiosity - seeks feedback with an open mind and strives for deeper understanding through data.
  • The desire and capacity to work both independently and collaboratively. Self-starter that seeks solutions without being told. Delivers high quality, accurate work on time
