About the Opportunity

The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for supporting marketing campaigns and social media initiatives to help drive awareness and consideration of the ELGi North America brands.

As Marketing Assistant for ELGi, you will be responsible for:

• Support the marketing team with planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns, including social media and email marketing. Write and edit content for different platforms such as social media, website, and press releases
• Content updates for website, including blog development, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and optimization of Google ads (objective/ad text/landing page/keyword ranking)
• Assist with the production of marketing materials and collateral, including proof reading, data collection, ordering and distributing.
• Help organize and coordinate marketing events such as conferences, webinars, and trade shows
• Evaluate data and create reports on key metrics in order to monitor campaign efficiency and analyze trends
• Lead generation support including CRM capture, distribution, follow up and maintenance
• Coordination of promotional product inventory and order fulfilment
• Provide administrative and project support for a variety of marketing programs

About You

The Marketing Assistant opportunity may be an excellent match for you if you have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred
• 1 years of experience in marketing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Superior organizational and time management skills; ability to work independently
• Proficient in use of Microsoft Office 365 suite of products
• Knowledge of relevant marketing tools and applications is a plus
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite applications preferred
• Experience in email marketing campaigns using MailChimp preferred
