This position is responsible for providing effective customer support for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of ALCIVIA products and services as well as communicating effectively with team members throughout ALCIVIA.Process inventory of Agronomy products received and enter data into the computer systemIssue customer invoices for Agronomy products and servicesPartner with the Agronomy Sales Team to execute Agronomy contracts into the computer systemPartner with the Agronomy Sales Team to successfully and quickly answer customer questions related to billing, invoices, etc.Handle customer order changes and returns according to company policies and proceduresWork closely with the Credit Department to resolve customer questionsNotify management regarding important service issues or customer concernsSupport cross-divisional collaboration whenever possibleHelp in other areas of the business as bandwidth allowsDuring the busy season (Spring) for the Agronomy Team, some overtime may be required during the week and/or some weekendsOther duties as assignedRequirements: Customer Solutions Billing Specialist Required Skills & Qualifications:Associate degree preferred or equivalent experienceMinimum of one (1) year billing experience is preferredBasic math, bookkeeping and accounting skillsOrganization, time management and prioritization abilitiesGood problem-solving and critical thinking skillsProficient computer experienceAgriculture knowledge is preferred (not required)Proficiency in Microsoft ApplicationsExcellent verbal communication skillsSales and service focused mindsetWork well independently and within a teamOpen to continuous learning and improvement opportunitiesSafety first mindsetFind your place in a positive, supportive atmosphere where opportunity is always growing, with a team that believes in its mission.
