121 Logistic Support Specialist

Under the direct supervision of the VP of Commercial Airline Operations, the 121 Logistic Support Specialist provides support to the NHL and other 121 programs.

Job Duties

• NHL League Program
  • Portal updates for NHL teams (ferry information, manifests, FBOs)
  • Monitor Swift flights in FOS
  • Identify and communicate back-up aircraft options to the VP of NHL/ACMI
  • Monitor status of customer viewable partitions of the portal to make sure the NHL Concierges update all
  • Update NHL flight summary sheet
  • Review NHL Accounting spreadsheet to provide up to date costs for catering and commissary
• Other 121 Program
  • Provide ferry information to the On-board Concierge and update Portal
  • Enter costs into Avianis for each concierge as needed
  • Maintain expenditure log for each expense and organize receipts for Avianis
  • Order fuel for all ACMI flights and distribute the releases to Swift and Concierge
  • Fly as a concierge as needed
  • Flight track 121 flights
  • Quote Globalx and Swift as directed
  • Other tasks as directly by the VP of Commercial

Job Requirements

• Airlines or FBO Operations background
• Excellent communication, customer service, time, and task management skills.
• Detailed oriented and can multi-task.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in relation to matters of a sensitive and/or confidential nature.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)
