Business Analyst III-5
Location: Hybrid, 0-3 times/month in office, with the ideal candidate located on the East Coast for client communication.

Responsible for serving as the liaison between the business and IT in translating complex business needs into application software.
How you will make an impact: ?
- Analyzes complex end user needs to determine optimal means of meeting those needs.
- Determines specific business application software requirements to address complex business needs.
- Develops project plans and identifies and coordinates resources, involving those outside the unit.
- Works with programming staff to ensure requirements will be incorporated into system design and testing.
- Acts as a resource to users of the software to address questions/issues.
- May provide direction and guidance to team members and serves as an expert for the team.
Minimum Requirements:
- Requires a BA/BS and minimum of 5 years business analysis experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:
- 3-6 years of Functional testing in healthcare domain specifically Pharmacy Benefits and Clinical areas.
- Knowledge of systems capabilities and business operations is strongly preferred.
- Quality Assurance Testing experience in pharmacy domain highly preferred
- Experience with testing and validation of formulary and UM setup, analysis of large data sets related to formulary and UM, and related tasks preferred
- Experience working in Commercial, Medicaid & Medicare Lines of Business preferred.
- Experience managing deliverables independently, co-ordinate with Stakeholders & publish status report preferred.
- Strong oral, written communication skills, high level of attention to detail & good analytical skills preferred.
- Ability to work as individual contributor as well as part of the team preferred.
- Usage of tools such as JIRA, SharePoint, Confluence, MS Office, MS Visio strongly preferred.
For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $66,720 to $120,096
