Elements Brands / Natural Dog Company (https://naturaldogcompany.com/) is seeking a Paid Media Manager to join our team and run all things paid advertising. This position is expected to drive results by continually analyzing and optimizing paid media accounts across META (Facebook), TikTok, Snapchat, Google, OTT ad platforms and/or programmatic ad platforms, and Bing.

Responsibilities:

• Act / serve as the Paid Media subject matter expert

• Manage digital advertising efforts including paid search, paid social, and display across all digital ad platforms

• Make recommendations and implement optimization of campaigns including keyword structure, bid types, landing pages, copywriting, design, etc.

• Leverage insights from analytics platforms to improve paid media performance

• Ensure paid media efforts are profitable and align with brand/company objectives

• Own tracking and reporting of paid media performance metrics

• Work with marketing leadership to set paid media strategies and hit targets

• Stay up to date on current/new paid media trends, tactics, platforms, and strategies

• Additional tasks as needed – We have a tight-knit team and “that’s not my job” doesn’t exist here

Must Haves:

• Experience running paid search, paid social, and paid display ads on Facebook/Instagram and Google Ads

• History of managing paid media accounts with hundreds of thousands of dollars or more in ad spend per month

• Ability to work collaboratively with a creative department to produce and iterate on ad creative

• Proficiency with Google Analytics

• Excellent research and analytical skills
