Duties and Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
·Responsible to interview LPNs, HHAs, PCAs and Med Techs
·Communicate all new hires and terminations to HR timely and efficiently
·Responsible to schedule HHAs, PCAs and Med Techs to ensure 24 hour coverage
·Completes and reviews with individuals employees annual performance reviews and competency trainings
·Provides medication technician training and document competency
·Directs facility employee health and safety program
