Senior Consultant 

Consultants at Element Three forge trusting and strategic relationships with clients to help them achieve their business goals. As a consultant, we expect you to be an expert at hearing pain and identifying opportunities to solve big problems. You are the go-to person for the Element Three team when it comes to knowing the client’s DNA (their brand), business strategy and style. You build the client’s and team’s confidence by clearing a path for success and driving strategically. And lastly, you are able to assemble the right talent in the room to get the right job done for your clients. In essence, you sell the work, the strategy, the experience, and the expectation.

AS A SENIOR CONSULTANT, A TYPICAL WEEK MIGHT LOOK SOMETHING LIKE THIS:

  • Prepare to present recommendations to your client’s board of directors by briefing the CEO a week prior to the meeting.
  • Attend Sandler Sales training with the Consulting Team and roleplay a significant conversation you have coming up with your largest client.
  • Share key client learnings with the team after returning from a quarterly strategy session with your largest client. 
  • Lead the presentation of an annual marketing strategy for a new client and handle objections from the client-side CEO. 
  • Draft a brand research and brand strategy statement of work for a new client.
  • Give the client a call to set their expectations prior to a big strategy presentation that’s right around the corner.
  • Pull together a presentation deck that summarizes the problems a client needs to solve and provide a suggested path forward after brainstorming with an Executive Team member. 
  • Update your account plans (annual client revenue prediction) and deal pipeline to ensure Element Three’s Executive Team has the most up-to-date financial forecast. 
  • Assist with a client research project that includes facilitating one-on-one interviews, leading a communications audit, and collecting and synthesizing a competitive analysis, as well as qualitative and quantitative insights.

TO LAND THIS GIG YOU NEED:

  • Demonstrated ability to grow and retain client accounts
  • Ability to manage a $1.5M annual book of business
  • An analytical and problem-solving mindset 
  • An ability to spot industry shifts and understand competitive advantages
  • Proven success identifying creative solutions to complex problems and managing multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of, or desire to learn more about, brand development and demand marketing strategies, concepts and tactics 
  • At least 5 years of experience in a client-facing or agency environment, or similar

  • Retain 85% revenue YOY
  • Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline management
