Element has an opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to collect, type and review testing data from throughout the lab into a single report to be sent to the customer. Also the organizing, filing, scanning and general upkeep of completed work.
Compose, type and review of test reports/certifications
Responsible for customer order follow up and status
Coordinate with customers to oversee testing requirements
Responds to requests from internal/external customers for service and assistance
Prioritizing work to be completed such that certificates are sent to clients on time
Organizing and maintaining filing system for in progress and completed work orders
Arrange storage and release of test specimens to clients
Keep accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers
Updating and maintaining the logs for internal errors and revised / corrected certificates
Batch scanning completed work orders into ECC LIMS
Support in monitoring customer/supplier relations
Sort out and disperse test specimens to test departments
This position requires access to export-controlled commodities, technical data, technology, software, and services. U.S. citizenship, U.S. legal permanent resident status, protected person status under 8 U.S.C. § 1324b(a)(3), or U.S. Government export authorization is required. Any offer of employment is contingent upon the employer obtaining the necessary export authorization, including, if required, an export license from the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Bureau of Industry and Security, the U.S. Department of State’s Office of Defense Trade Controls, or other applicable government agency.
