The opportunity:

A career in H-Wave’s HR department as a Corporate Recruiter offers a positive environment and the personal satisfaction of helping and advocating for injured patients daily. You will be responsible for recruiting various team members for our sales team across the United States, as well as creating and tracking job postings, applicant sourcing, resume screening, and interviewing prospective candidates while supporting the overall recruiting process.

If you have the communication skills to educate and advocate via telephone & email, the will to overcome objections or challenges, and a proven track record of success on a highly visible and successful team, then you may be the person we’re looking for to join our team.

Here’s a snapshot of what you’ll do:

  • Collaborate with our hiring managers and leadership to drive hiring growth
  • Develop sourcing and recruiting strategies that deliver key results for your hiring teams
  • Use data and metrics reporting to drive continuous process and strategy improvement
  • Create strategies that influence and attract the right talent to join at the right time.
  • Operate as a partner through consultation, applying best practices to optimize for the best hiring decision
  • Find great people and allow them to land their dream job

Requirements

  • More than 2 years of sales recruiting experience in a corporate environment
  • Must be able to work independently and have excellent time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Cooperative and open to learning the best practices of operating in a corporate environment
  • Positive and outgoing, like to meet and interact with people
