Elderwood Administrative Services is seeking a Compensation Analyst who is data-minded with a compassion for people. This position plays a vital role in contributing to the overall health of our organization.
The ideal candidate has advanced excel skills with a high attention to detail. This position reports to the Director of Compensation, Benefits & HRIS
Position Overview:
  • The Compensation Analyst will be responsible for providing an advanced level of analytical support to the Benefits, Compensation, and HRIS team. The incumbent will need to partner effectively with others, multi-task, respond to rapid change, perform duties accurately and with a sense of urgency. Support and maintain compliance of Compensation, leaves, and Benefit programs

Essential Job Functions
  • Perform analysis of data (mainly compensation & benefit related) – utilizing multiple data sets to provide meaningful insights and organizational trends
  • Create and present What if data analysis
  • Support the implementation of appropriate compensation systems and process
  • Develop and maintain department reports/dashboards providing historical and predictive trends
  • Perform auditing of data in multiple systems to retrospectively ensure data integrity
  • Support the human resources team through ad hoc reporting, as necessary
  • Participate in the planning and implementation of projects
  • Supports and abides by Elderwood’s Mission, Vision, and Values.
  • Abides by Elderwood’s businesses code of conduct, compliance, and HIPAA policies.
  • Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of all policies and procedures and ability to reference them.
  • Consistently demonstrates the ability to respond to changing situations in a flexible manner to meet current needs, such as reprioritizing work as necessary.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor, management staff or Administrator.
From: USD $30.00/Hr. Qualifications:
  • Degree or significant business experience equivalent in data analytics is required
  • MS Office proficient. Advanced skills in Excel required. Advanced skills in Power BI and/or SQL preferred.
  • Problem solving, highly confidential, accuracy, attention to detail and analytical ability is required
  • Strong communication and presentation skills – verbal and written is required
  • 2 years’ experience utilizing various payroll/benefits related platforms and carriers: ADP, HRIS system, Bswift, Guardian, BCBS preferred
  • 4 years’ experience working with human resource data, specifically compensation data, is preferred
