Elder Services of Worcester Area, Inc. is Hiring a Dining Site Manager - part time (Floating) Near Baldwinville, MA
Elder Services of Worcester Area, Inc. Nutrition Program has a position open for a floating Dining Manager to assume overall responsibility for the operation of a dining site for the day in the absence of the dining Manager within the ESWA service area to include oversight of Congregate dining and Meals on Wheels delivery.
Responsibilities include: Receiving food from caterer; maintaining safe temperatures; serving lunch; supervising and recruiting volunteers; submitting daily, weekly and monthly reports. Packing meals for the Town’s Meals on Wheels program. Delivering Meals on Wheels if necessary.
Qualifications: Experience working with seniors and/or in food service helpful. Good organization and communication skills a must. Need to obtain Servsafe Certification. Use of a reliable vehicle including active vehicle insurance with a current license to drive required.
· Hiring bonus: $210.00
· Hourly rate: $15.25
· No holidays or on-call
- Mileage reimbursement: per the Federal rate
- Paid travel time for all work-related travel
