The IT Business Systems Analyst provides application life-cycle planning, support, and maintenance for assigned enterprise applications, including but not limited to administration, troubleshooting, investigating, and resolving errors and/or issues with assigned applications. Will be required to provide consultation to users as needed for optimal system utilization. Essential Job Functions: Acts as the IT department subject matter expert for all assigned applications. Minimum Education and Experience: High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (G.E.D). Three (3) years of experience working with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office products. Three (3) years of experience working with various software applications such as RightFax, SharePoint, OnBase, Zoom, etc. If applicable, equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered, and must be directly related to the functions and responsibilities of the job. Required Licenses, Certifications, and Registrations: Employees in this position are required to have reliable transportation that can meet any operational reassignments of the organization during the workday. If an employee is driving during work hours, the employee is required to possess a valid driver’s license and must comply with Arizona vehicle insurance requirements. IIBA Entry Certificate in Business Analysis (ECBA) or equivalent within one (1) year of hire. May be required to complete a technology specific certification in an application such as SharePoint, OnBase, Jira, Everbridge, etc. This position requires certification(s) within one (1) year of hire. Any extensions due to scheduling conflict/limitation that prevents the individual from meeting this requirement requires prior approval from IT Management. Preferred Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities: Associate degree in Information Technology or a related field from an accredited college or university. Knowledge of application analysis and operating systems preferable used in a healthcare setting. Proficient at creating workflow documentation and knowledge base articles. Understanding of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (I.T.I.L.) practices. Bilingual (English/Spanish) with the ability to speak, read and write in both languages.
