Job Description EisnerAmper is seeking a Bookkeeper to join our Forensic Litigation and Valuation Services (FLVS) practice in our Iselin, New Jersey. This position will be a combination of remote and in office work in accordance with our current policies on a part-time basis. What you’ll be doing: Prepare payables and receivables for approval Enter banking transactions into accounting software Bank reconciliations Maintain client work papers Review general ledgers Record journal entries Provide monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports Establish and maintain general office and employee policies and procedures Maintain client records Assist with other projects that need to be done to create a productive, efficient, and pleasant workplace We’re looking for someone who has: Associate degree or equivalent experience 2 years of bookkeeping and/or accounting experience Experience with QuickBooks Online Experience with Microsoft Excel Preferred candidates also have: Basic knowledge of tax basis accounting Ability to build and maintain client relationships About our Forensic, Litigation and Valuation Services (FLVS) Team: The EisnerAmper Forensic, Litigation and Valuation Services team is comprised of a diverse group of professionals from across the country with a multitude of experience and certifications to leverage distinctive perspectives and specializations.
