Eisner Advisory Group LLC is Hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter Near New York, NY

Job Description EisnerAmper is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. This position is fully remote, but the ideal candidate will be in the tri-state area with easy access to our New York, Metro Park, or Philadelphia offices for site visits on an as-needed basis. In this role, you will be working on the experienced hire recruiting team in support of our Technology organization. You will own the full-cycle recruitment process which encompasses sourcing, interviewing, and closing experienced candidates of all levels of opportunities for our growing public accounting firm. Responsibilities Work collaboratively hiring managers and resource management to understand business objectives, candidate requirements for open positions, consult on key trends for hiring, and develop sourcing strategies. Proactively identify, qualify, and build a strong network of high-potential candidates through research and relationships with external partners, innovative sourcing strategies, cold calling, social media, and networking tools. Perform thorough screenings with candidates and communicate to candidates what sets the firm apart from competitors. Partner with functional leadership to develop target candidate profiles, sourcing strategies, and assessment plans to a given position. Ensure a positive client and candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Partner with hiring managers to build out a robust recruitment strategy for each active position; gain a strong understanding of the requirements of the position and how it fits into our firm. Collaborate with hiring managers to create compelling job descriptions that accurately promote the position and our firm. Proactively source candidates from a variety of places, with a focused attention on attracting a diverse candidate pool. Guide the candidate through the recruiting and hiring process, ensuring all candidates are assessed consistently, accurately and holistically. Engage with hiring managers and senior leadership to proactively understand future hiring needs and build candidate pipelines accordingly. Advance the Talent Acquisition reporting capabilities, ensuring accuracy and enhancing data metrics. Work in close partnership with the Resource Managers on strategic initiatives to enhance and elevate Human Resources. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of talent acquisition experience sourcing and hiring technical talent Ideally, you'll also have Proven experience sourcing passive candidates on platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter Experience sourcing and recruiting technical talent in a variety of IT roles (ERP specialists and integrator, application development, digital transformation, scrum positions, etc) Experience negotiating total compensation packages Working knowledge of professional services firm is desirable Experience in sourcing and recruiting technical talent (information technology) a huge plus Experience various technologies including Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems, Workday preferred Proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, multi-tasking environment Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field Proven Experience in building trusted candidate and client relationships Experience with extensive TA data reporting and enhancements Demonstrated thought leadership and strategic thinking skills Superb written and verbal communication skills Strong relationships with other HR groups to nurture opportunities for collaboration Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Astute professional judgement Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines and respond quickly to candidates #LI-SA1 Preferred Location: New York
