Eisner Advisory Group LLC is Hiring an Executive Assistant to CEO Near New York, NY

Job Description Eisner Advisory Group LLC is a fast-growing professional services firm. The Executive Assistant to the CEO will play an important role in ensuring the CEO has the support to address the needs of our growing business. The CEO is looking for someone who has a curious mind and is eager to grow and learn in this role. A successful candidate will support the CEO in – Creating a hospitable experience for all those interacting with the office of CEO and the company. Setting up office meetings – including scheduling, inviting participants, arranging for catering, material production and greeting visitors. Curate, Organize and maintain the CEO’s files – using SharePoint and other Office 360 software – develop and maintain a filing system the CEO can easily navigate. Draft standard correspondence in response to inquiries and standard administrative matters. Manage the CEO’s daily calendar as it relates to anticipating needs such as conference room reservations, catering, travel arrangements, confirming visitors, and arranging for visitors to the office. Provide administrative support on initiatives lead by the CEO and his team. Items such as document production, PowerPoint presentations, budget tracking, proofreading and scheduling team meetings. Work with the CEO to develop a two-year rolling calendar of key meetings – such as Board of Directors meetings, monthly executive meetings, quarterly Partner meetings and company-wide CEO updates. Coordinate with Operational leadership to schedule the CEO for upcoming events (i.e. new hire onboarding, team meetings, etc.) Event planning including site selection, contract negotiation, being point of contact for restaurant/hotels. On site liaison to ensure a smooth-running event. Answer the CEO’s phone – handling routine calls and ensuring accessibility on urgent matters. Work closely with the CEO’s and Vice Chair’s Chief of Staff as needed. Experience: 5 – 7 years of experience as an administrative/executive assistant to a senior executive in a fast-paced professional services or private equity environment. Skills and Attributes: Strong skills in Office 365 tools in particular – PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook and SharePoint. Passion to create a professional, warm and positive experience for all those with whom they work and who work with the CEO. Strong organization skills demonstrated by ability to access documents and other information quickly. Ability to learn new software and technology quickly. Maintain privacy and discretion. Be flexible and open to taking on additional/modified responsibilities to support the ever-evolving business. Cultivate and maintain solid relationships internally and externally.
