Job Description EisnerAmper, a premier accounting and business advisory services firm, is seeking a Change Manager, to join our newly formed Change Management Office (CMO). The CMO serves as a center of excellence for the Firm, leading projects, programs, and initiatives that support the Firm’s strategic goals. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a growing environment and demonstrates exceptional change management and communication skills and a good understanding of project management. In your role, you will partner with stakeholders across the Firm to provide a change management framework and expertise that enables our colleagues to be active and nimble change agents, ensuring our Firm stays relevant and sustainable. Responsibilities Apply EisnerAmper’s change management methodology, tools, and processes to support the adoption of change. Work with executive sponsors and project managers to understand the project scope and objectives. Leverage project team to gain full insight into the current and future state. Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact analysis and change readiness assessments to develop a change strategy. Develop a detailed change management plan and work with the project manager to integrate the project and change management plans. Work with project executive sponsor and sponsor coalition to identify, coach, and empower change champions. Identify, analyze, and prepare risk mitigation tactics. Identify and manage anticipated resistance. Build and execute the campaign strategy. Communicate progress regularly to leadership team and key stakeholders. Track and report on the change initiative. Build relationships and trust with project team members and key stakeholders across levels and departments. Support the development and implementation of the Firm’s change management strategy. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 5 years’ experience in a change management focused role. Change management certification. Ideally, you'll have Outstanding presentation and communication skills, written and verbal. Working knowledge of project management. Experience building and influencing relationships with stakeholders from various backgrounds and cultures to execute initiatives. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel). A natural orientation for collaboration, with an innate understanding of when to lead and support. Proven track record of managing a wide array of stakeholder communications and relationships in a complex business environment.
