Eagle Integrated Services, LLC. (EIS) is seeking a Project Manager. This position is a full-time, 40-hour/week contract position supporting the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research. The Project Manager assists and provides support in all areas of IM/IT Program and Project Management for major or significant IM/IT initiatives directed. Plan, initiate, and manage information technology (IT) projects. Lead and guide the work of technical staff. Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects. Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage. Monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met. Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments. Plans and leads major technology assignments. Evaluates performance results and recommends major changes affecting short-term project growth and success. Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments. May supervise others. Requirements include: Provide weekly updates on each of the assigned activities, build project plans utilizing the Program Management Book of Knowledge (PMBOK) methodology, report on milestones as appropriate, ensure proper allocation of resources, complete risk assessments and work forecasts, and ensure all tasks and deliverables are being met. Write technical articles, reports, brochures, and/or manuals for documentation for a wide range of uses; manage, coordinate, facilitate, oversee, and track initiatives and projects with varying timelines and scopes using state-of-the-art PM techniques for risk assessment and abatement and Program Knowledge Management (PKM). Monitor all deliverables and provide a status of tasks to WRAIR leadership on a weekly basis. Ensure that a Monthly Progress Report is submitted outlining the expenditures, billings, progress, status, and any problems/ issues encountered in the performance of this PWS. At-Hoc briefs with WRAIR IT leadership as requested. Manage workflow and prioritize the daily workload, adjusting as necessary efficient project performance Monitor performance quality IAW the contractual requirements as well as the Quality Control Plan Qualifications Must be a U.S. citizen Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) and Security Must consent to and be able to pass a Government T3 (Secret) or T5 (Top Secret) background clearance investigation (includes finger-printing) Experience providing IT customer support in a professional setting Must consent to providing proof of COVID vaccination in accordance with Federal Executive Order 14042.
